Mayday is International Workers Day!

Sadly in Britain, we don't celebrate Mayday on May 1st, but Plymouth TUC have established a tradition of hosting an event on the Mayday bank holiday. This year we are holding a free festival, themed

'Trades Unions for a Sustainable Future'

from 11am to 5.00pm on Monday May 4th

at Plymouth Guildhall.

There will be stalls, live music & DJs (with two stages, one inside and one outside the Guildhall), meetings, food, National and Local speakers, local theatre group, a childrens room (including entertainments) and a cheap bar -

ALL ABSOLUTELY FREE!

So why not come along and enjoy yourselves?

There will also be a march around the city centre, celebrating International Workers Day,

leaving the Guildhall at 1pm
